RETURNS

• All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
• The returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

RETURN PROCESS

• To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service team at sales@whippixel.com. They will assist you in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with the appropriate return address.
• Upon securing your RMA number, ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging and remember to attach your proof of purchase.
• Ship the package to the address provided in the email. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering all return shipping charges.
• For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the item.

REFUNDS

• Upon receiving your return and verifying the condition of the item, our team will promptly process your return request.
• Kindly allow at least ten (10) days from the date we receive your item for the return to be processed.
• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, which can vary based on your credit card company. Rest assured, we will notify you via email once your return has been successfully processed.
